Fit for Life

As a self-employed, you may need to spend longer hours on your job. You are a one-man army, but being busy at work doesn’t mean having to sit on your home office chair for too long. I remember a website post when I was previously working for an Australian bank. The management encouraged us employees to stand up, walk around, and do some stretches once in a while. It didn’t recommend sitting for several hours straight. If we do so, we are just shortening our longevity.

But I need to work!

I understand, but think of this: If you are not to spend time for your personal fitness and exercise now, do you think you’d be able to do the same job a decade or two from now?
